6 'discarded' foods that are suitable for skin care

If you used to just throw a bag of bruised strawberries in the trash, don't do it now. You can completely 'recycle' foods you no longer want to eat into useful skin care products.

1. Berries

With crushed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, etc.) that you don't want to eat, you can put them in a blender, mix with unsweetened yogurt to make a face mask. The acids and enzymes in the fruit naturally help remove dead skin and clear clogged pores.

2. Avocado

With avocados that have some damage, don't rush to throw them away, choose the ones that are still usable and grind them to make a moisturizing mask or mix with cornstarch to exfoliate the whole body. Avocado also acts as a deep moisturizing oil for the hair. Apply avocado to the ends of your hair, massage for 15 to 20 minutes, and then rinse with clean water.

3. Canned Pumpkin

With canned pumpkins that you no longer feel like eating them, mix pumpkin with 2-3 tablespoons of sugar, a few tablespoons of olive oil to make a body scrub.

4. Greek Yogurt

Greek yogurt is an excellent source of lactic acid, a key ingredient in many beauty products. When you can't eat it all, mix 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt with one tablespoon of honey to make a face mask. Apply the mixture on your face for 15 minutes and then wash it off with warm water.

5. Oatmeal

If you cook a lot of oats for breakfast, store the leftovers in the fridge to use as a face mask at night. You just need to mix honey and oat-free yogurt and use as normal masks.

6. Wine

To clean your hair (dandruff, styling gel, oily skin .) you just need to mix a cup of old wine in water and then rinse it on your hair. You should pour a little more alcohol to massage the scalp before washing it with warm water.
