8 ways to make flash games run faster

Do you see flash games running really slowly on your computer ? Although Flash has long been a popular platform for browser games thanks to its popularity, their performance is often very poor.

1. Turn on / off hardware acceleration

Flash Player, like many software, supports a function called hardware acceleration. This allows the GPU inside the video card to handle certain functions, instead of letting the software perform via the CPU.

In many cases, this is useful, because the GPU is strong and can accomplish these tasks more efficiently. But if you have a weak graphics card, that may limit performance and be the reason why Flash is slow.
