Wild wolf appeared in Belgium after 100 years.

Landschap, a representative of the environmental group, said he saw the wolf saying: "Belgium is the only country in Europe that has never detected wolves for 100 years."

Landschap also said that based on the signs that appear on his neck, this wolf certainly came from Germany.

Landschap said: "The wolf ran for 500km in 10 days, approached the town of Beringen in Flanders and then to the Leopoldburg military base".

The Bern Convention 1979 has the effect of affirming that wolves become protected animals, "one of the basic elements of European natural heritage".

Farid Benhammou, an animal expert, said that in some countries there are often wolves like Romania and Poland, people are not too wary of wolves. The sheep attacks they considered were common accidents.

However, in some countries such as France, Italy and Spain, farmers are especially worried when they see wolves attacking animals.
