A rainbow cloud was unexpectedly captured by Mr. Bartunov on Mount Everest
Mr. Oleg Bartunov, 51, recorded the beautiful image during his Himalaya expedition in Nepal. His two photographs show the entire spectrum of rainbow in a rare natural phenomenon recorded at Mount Everest.
This strange phenomenon is caused by light reflecting the tiny ice crystals inside the cloud's steam.
When witnessing this strange phenomenon, Mr. Bartunov seemed to not believe his eyes, he asked nearby people if it was really a rainbow cloud.
