AMD suddenly fired employees

AMD has just announced plans to integrate ATI's chipset and graphics chip technology into its processor chips to create a high-end integrated processor chip for PCs. and consumer electronics. Certainly AMD will regain a lot of market share lost when launching this chip to the market.

The number of employees fired in this round is very small compared to the total of 15,000 employees of the company or the number of 10,500 employees declared by Intel recently fired but it still gets attention by no one. I think AMD will lay off employees while its business is going very well.
