Apple must give in?

German telecom company Deutsche Telekom has officially announced that T-Moblie will sell Apple iPhone phones without forcing customers to sign a contract to bind the mobile network service provider.

This is the first time that the iPhone exclusive distribution conditions with a mobile network provider must comply with the court's ruling. The Hamburg court recently issued a temporary ruling in favor of Vodafone by Britain in accusing the monopoly of the iPhone distribution agreement between Apple and T-Mobile.

Along with being able to choose the network provider, the hottest multimedia phone today will be sold for 999 euros (1,480 USD) instead of 399 euros as before.

In an interview with AFP, analyst Nicolas von Stackelberg said: "The price they offer seems a bit high, eventually a luxury product means to show it in its value ". He added, though, customers still have to buy iPhones at Deutsche Telekom dealers.

But according to the laws of the country, customers can choose whether or not to sign a service contract with Orange mobile network service provider.

Recently, many " unlocking " programs have been launched to allow iPhone users to manipulate " unlocking " to use this phone on other mobile phone networks. but Apple threatened that: they will deal with this by launching new software.

The German press also reported that T-Mobile had agreed to pay Apple 30% of revenue from mobile network service contracts to win a deal to distribute the handset in Germany.
