The scientists said that female cows and goats fed with mainly soybean, sunflower seeds - oilseeds popular in Argentina - produced milk with low fat content and were full of nutrients like any other milk.

However, it is especially the amount of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and vaccenic acid (VA) - acids that protect against tumors, anti-atherosclerosis and diabetes - in this type of milk is quite high.

This is the result of a study conducted by the National Institute of Agricultural and Livestock Technology (INTA) and the National Institute of Industrial Technology (INTI). This dairy product is about to be marketed.
