Brain damage develops extraordinary abilities

People with cranial lesions sometimes develop some extraordinary abilities. Many researchers of abnormal phenomena have gathered a lot of evidence related to this. The case of Peter Van Der Hurkos can be considered as an example.

Picture 1 of Brain damage develops extraordinary abilities
Hurkos fell from above while repairing the facade of his family's 4-storey house on July 10, 1941. While in the hospital, Hurkos kept telling his wife that their house was about to burn and that the son at home alone would be in danger. He said so firmly that the wife had to believe. In fact, their house caught fire five days later. Neighbors was told about Hurkos' hunch, so the boy escaped death.

In addition, Hurkos saw many illusions during his hospital stay. And these illusions later turned into reality as if they were part of a mysterious scenario that only Hurkos could interpret. For example, Hurkos warned a nurse would lose her wallet and a few days later it happened. When Hurkos shook his hand to say goodbye to a roommate, who was about to leave the hospital, he asked him to predict his destiny. Hurkos looked into his eyes and announced that in the future he would be shot by the Nazi on Calver Road. In addition, Hurkos said the male patient was a secret agent of British intelligence.Hurkos's prediction was later proved correct . A day later, this British spy was shot dead. His colleague suspects Hurkos is a Nazi collaborator, so two days later they go to the hospital with the aim of assassinating the painter. But Hurkos had seen the " accident " beforehand and quickly fled.

After World War II, Hurkos traveled to many countries such as Belgium, France and Spain to earn a living by his prophetic ability. On one occasion in Madrid, Franco was impressed after hearing Hurkos reveal many details regarding the dictator's past. During his trip to the United States in 1948, Hurkos was introduced to A. Puharic, a researcher of abnormal phenomena, and both conducted several experiments. Hurkos predicted the assassination of Art Middleton and the death of Henry Balk's daughter, who collected experiments conducted by Puharic and Hurkos.

The above cases show that Hurkos had the ability to prophesy after the 1941 traumatic brain injury. Hurkos's talent persuaded European and American police and they invited him to collaborate. Thanks to Hurkos, Police Detroit captured Charles Smith, a member of a notorious criminal gang in America. Hurkos also helped the US Police investigate the murder of Carol and Mildred Dackson in Virginia state. Hurkos provided police with details about the identity of the killer and his whereabouts. Hurkos described the perpetrator as a left-handed, staggered gait and a tattoo on his shoulder.

However, the case of Hurkos's prophetic ability has not yet been studied and separated . Hurkos's extraordinary ability can provide researchers with information on biology, history, politics and the future. Georgi Sviridov, a resident of the Russian city of Nizhniy Novgorod, also proved a strange possibility regarding human mental health. After an injury to his head, Sviridov began to dream about things that happened in the past. He saw illusions about ancient Greece, with temples and religious festivals on Crete. One night, Sviridov dreamed of his ancestors living in prehistoric times. Sviridov stated that he dreamed of a hairy tribe living in a cave on a hill surrounded by giant cedar trees, and he also provided many details regarding mammoth hunting and other animals. These illusions kept haunting Sviridov that made him so exhausted that he eventually had to be hospitalized for treatment.
