Changing position increases your chances of getting pregnant by 50%

Women who lie on their backs and elevate their feet for 15 minutes after being fertilized will increase their chances of becoming pregnant, a new study reveals.

According to DailyMail , Dutch research is conducted on nearly 400 couples. Half of these are required to stay still for 15 minutes, and the other half allows movement, right after artificial insemination (pumping sperm into the uterus).

Experts found that 27% of women with rest (54 people) were pregnant, compared with only 18% of those who traveled.

Dr Inge Custers, from the Center for Academic Health in Amsterdam, said: " We found a significant increase in data and clinical aspects of pregnancy, thanks to rest. 15 minutes after making artificial insemination ".

This is the first large-scale test to produce this result.

The researchers also surmised that advising girls to walk after artificial insemination may have prevented this conception. Now, they are calling on all those who are about to be mothers to take a break for 15 minutes.
