The connection took place 393 km from Earth and the remote control process took about two hours. Chinese television stations broadcast the scenes of two astronauts, Canh Hai Bang and Tran Dong, flying in a gravityless environment through a 1m and 80cm wide connection tube to enter the space station. They then greeted the people nationwide.

Astronauts will conduct experiments on the universe over the next 30 days, including growing crops such as rice, watercress and self-ultrasound to check the body's activity.
