This disease is mostly found in nutrient-rich people who eat fatty foods like animal viscera, egg yolk .

Therefore, all subjects, from children, pregnant women and those in need of health improvement are not necessarily eating chicken eggs every day. It is best not to eat more than 3 egg yolks per week, while egg whites may be unrestricted because they are very good for firmness and muscle growth.

BS Khanh added a proof, in advanced countries around the world, people are afraid to eat eggs, especially egg yolk. Therefore, eggs are extremely cheap, much cheaper than vegetables.
