Consulting Robocon skills

Looking forward to the 6th Vietnam Robocon Finals and the Asia-Pacific Robocon for the first time held in Vietnam, on 3, 10 and 17 March, respectively in Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City. , FPT Company, the technology sponsor unit, will organize the Robocon Skills Advice Program.

Subjects are 357 teams participating in this year's competition, expected to attract nearly 2,000 candidates from universities and colleges nationwide.

The program aims to directly support Robocon 2007 candidates, in parallel with the diverse support activities that FPT is implementing, such as establishing a Technical Answer Center (phone number 04.7710561 / 04.7710562 / 098.908.9601); build technical corner and forum on website www.robocon.com.vn; coordinate with VTV2 to perform the ' 3 minute 1 skill ' column.

The consultation will update the latest information about changes in the 2007 game rules; introduction of technical solutions (mechanical, circuit, programming, microcontroller .) and introduction of image processing technology of FPT Technology Development Center, to support candidates in control decision making robot.

Contestant Robocon 2007 and young people interested in automation will have the opportunity to answer all questions about this field by experts.

Consultants include Chairman of Vietnam Robot Association GS-TSKH Nguyen Thien Phuc; Dr. Ngo Thai Tri, Head of Vietnam Robocon Jury; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Hoai Quoc, Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology and teacher Huynh Van Kiem, leader of 3 Vietnamese Robocon teams won the Asia-Pacific championship in 2002, 2004 and 2006.

In addition, the students also learned experience of competition and exchanges with former Robocon members; receive technical documents compiled by Robocon alumni groups, souvenir gifts and many practical gifts to support the process of making robots .

Round of 2007 Robocon preliminaries in the North, Central and South regions will take place from April 15-30, 2007. At the Vietnam Robocon Finals (May 25 - June 3, 2007) and the Asia-Pacific finals (end of August 2007), FPT, the technology sponsoring unit, will finance the fund. and direct technical support in the competition for two Vietnamese teams, with the hope that the home team will bring victory.
