Crocodile shoots the opportunity to steal the bait of "you" stork
The incident occurred in a lake in the Selous nature reserve in Tanzania. While fishing in a shallow place in the lake, a gold-stork stork suddenly saw the head of a tiger fish floating under the water.
When the stork was using the beak of the fish head to pick it up from the water, a crocodile right next to it suddenly rushed.
Within a few seconds, everything that happened like a crocodile had grabbed the stork's head.
However, the 4-meter long reptile found a way to dodge the trigger and only steal its bait.
Seems to understand that I cannot reverse the situation, the stork has quietly continued to catch fish next to the crocodile.
According to photographer Mark Sheridan Johnson, who captures the whole thing, the stork's food is mostly small fish and they always swallow the whole bait. The hunting of storks near crocodiles in the lake is a relatively common sight in the Selous reserve.
" The storks know that when crocodiles move along the shores of the lake, it will make the fish frighten swim away, enabling the stork to catch. Similarly, you will see other birds. each other, such as a gold-stork trigger and a flat-beaked trigger.
