In a study involving 41 volunteers aged between 18 and 73, they often complained that they always felt unwell, always in a state of anxiety, stress, and risk of falling into depression. sympathy, psychologists tested their treatment with dance therapy.

These people were divided into two groups, one group participated in the tango dance every 1.5 hours a day for two consecutive weeks and the other group still applied traditional methods with familiar medicines to match two methods.
