Detecting archaeological relics in Tran dynasty
On November 14, according to a source from the Hanoi People's Committee, while constructing the new Kim Lien-O Cho Dua road (in Dong Da district, Hanoi), the construction unit discovered traces head of an ancient ruins, dating back to the Tran Dynasty.
The place where this vestige is located is located in an area with an ancient landmark that remains until now is the Xa Dan area.
To clarify historical issues related to this monument, prestigious archaeologists were invited to the field to conduct the initial survey. On November 14, at the three exploratory positions deployed, archaeologists found some ancient brick foundations, yards, walls and ancient crockery.
It is argued that there is a possibility that this is an altar to "pray for the wind and rain" to favor the old agriculture, but the archaeologists are still continuing to clarify whether this is an altar or another ancient monument.
