Discover new 'cave' in Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park

On September 30, Mr. Le Thanh Tinh, Director of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park Center said that the unit has received and is verifying information from a villager in Phuc Trach commune about discovering a cave. "new" in the heritage forest area.

According to initial information, on September 28, during the search for the forest bee, Mr. Nguyen Van Ninh (residing in village 3, Phuc Trach commune, Bo Trach district, Quang Binh) accidentally discovered a cave in the area. Cha Noi area is about 2 hours walk from Ho Chi Minh Road.

Also according to the information provided, this 'new' cave has a store of about 3m wide and 2.5m high. In the cave there are 3 chambers, containing large blocks of stalactites. From the cave entrance to the end of the cave takes about 25 minutes, no trace of people.
