A new species of dragonfly called Lost Dragonfly Indocypha neglecta (Odonata: Chlorocyphidae) in Northern Vietnam has just been published in Odonatologica magazine, episode 43, in June 2014.
The author of this publication is Matti Hämäläinen, at the Center for Natural Biodiversity, Netherlands. He described this dragonfly species in 2012.
