Discovering mysterious flying lizard fossils in China
According to CCTV, Chinese archaeologists have accidentally discovered the fossil of a very special shaped creature.

Accordingly, this creature looks exactly the same as the Ikran in the famous movie "Avatar" directed by James Cameron.
Wang Xiaolin and his colleagues at the Chinese Academy of Sciences accidentally discovered the fossil in Liaoning Province, northeastern China.
Wang said the fossil is a flying reptile, also known as a lizard. They lived 120 million years ago. According to the fossil analysis found, this reptile has a wingspan of about 2.5m.
It has a throat pouch like the pelican.
The archaeologists who temporarily named this reptile "Ikrandraci avatar" (meaning Ikran dragon in "Avatar").
