It is one of the 15 contents of common knowledge about tsunamis which has been released for free by the National Hydrometeorology Center to disseminate to the coastal people so they can actively deal with tsunamis.

The release of this document is part of a tsunami warning plan assigned by the Prime Minister to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

Tsunami documents are briefed with easy-to-understand tsunami images. This information is distributed to coastal people and disseminated in schools and mass media in localities, especially in coastal areas.
