Do not make decisions when hungry

The best decisions should be made when the abdomen is full. Quitting fasting will reduce the key chemical content in the brain, causing shocking and reckless behaviors.

Scientists at Cambridge University, UK, have found a link between serotonin chemistry and decision making, after exploring a group of men and women responding to such unfair treatment. Come on.

20 people participate in a game, in which one person shares the other with some money. If the other person accepts, both players will get their share. When the other person refuses, nobody gets anything.

Normally, the feeling of anger because of unfair treatment will cause players to refuse to accept low payments, accounting for 30% of cases - even if that means they both have to blunt.

But when serotonin levels are low - occurs when we haven't eaten yet - the number of low-denial payments increases to 80%.

In other words, the lack of serotonin increases the ability of players to make immature decisions.

Researcher Molly Crockett commented: "Our results show that serotonin plays an important role in decision making, through controlling impulsive reactions."

"The change in eating and stress causes serotonin levels to be disturbed, so it's important to understand that these changes will affect our daily decisions."

Abundant sources of serotonin are found in red meat, dairy products, peanuts, beans, bananas, tuna, crab shrimp and soybeans.

Also known as "fun hormone", this chemical also affects mood. Too little leads to depression, while too much causes euphoria like when people take drugs.

Other research also shows that quick decisions are often accurate, if thinking too long about a problem often leads to wrong choices.
