East Sea is about to have strong storms

A strong storm of 13 international names is Mirinae operating in the eastern sea of ​​the Philippines and the possibility of the evening of October 31 will enter the South China Sea. Provinces from Quang Ninh to Khanh Hoa are ordered to strictly control boats and ships to go out to sea, informing ships to escape from dangerous areas.

According to the Central Hydrometeorological Center, Typhoon Mirinae moves very quickly (25 km per hour) and almost becomes a straight line. As early as October 31, the storm hit Luzon Island (Philippines), reduced to level 11-12 and then entered the East Sea.

Because Mirinae is a strong storm, the wind range is as strong as 250 km, so tomorrow (October 30) has not yet reached the East Sea, but it still causes strong winds of level 7, then increases to level 12 in the north and the middle of the East Sea. The sea was fierce.

Mirinae is the 21st typhoon in the Pacific Northwest region in 2009. This sea average has 28-30 storms annually, of which about 10-12 storms enter the South China Sea and 4-5 attacks affect Vietnam.
