Eating long bread will be tired

Scientists explain why people today are constantly tired, working not as hard as the ancient people.

The daily diet of modern humans is almost indispensable for bread noodles. This is one of the oldest foods in terms of the benefits and nutritional values that doctors and scientists have long recognized.

However, recent studies have shown that breads sold on store shelves have little health benefit, if not harmful. That is the conclusion of William Davis, a cardiologist from the United States. He affirmed that bread is the cause of "century disease" : Chronic fatigue.

Bread is the reason why people often feel tired.

According to him, recently in American hospitals, many patients who come for treatment complain that they feel depressed, always tired and unable to concentrate. This condition is not found in the United States in the past centuries and is often described by doctors as a new term that appears to be 'foggy brain'.

According to Dr. Davis, the fact that patients complain that their bodies are always tired, reduced intelligence is closely related to the continuous use of diverse products made from flour and this has an effect negative thinking.

In modern wheat varieties contain substances such as transgenic proteins, causing symptoms of continuous fatigue and overweight phenomenon. Scientists have shown that the use of white bread in unlimited quantities leads to a lack of fiber in the body without them being unable to function normally. Modern people use bread at least two or three times a day for all three breakfasts, lunches and dinners, which is why people are tired.

Dr. Davis thinks that wheat is grown and used today, far from the human species 40-50 years ago. In currently used wheat grains contain a substance called gliadin - a new protein that acts similarly to opiates found in opium. This substance activates the receptors in the human brain, stimulating appetite in humans.
