Egypt discovered the tomb of a 3,700-year-old royal princess
Egyptian officials announced on May 11 that a grave site believed to be owned by the pharaoh's daughter who owns a pyramid recently discovered.
The BBC quoted a report from the Egyptian Monuments Agency that the princess' grave was discovered in the ancient royal cemetery of Dahshur in southern Cairo. Inside the grave is a wooden coffin with many carvings on the planks, which is said to be a mantra to protect the corpse inside.

When opening the coffin, four wooden cases were found to contain the deceased's organs. Based on the signs in the grave, archaeologists believe that this is the resting place of the princess of Emnikamaw pharaoh.
The grave site is about 600m away from the pyramid location. Last month, archaeologists in Egypt discovered the remnants of the pyramid and they thought it belonged to Emnikamaw pharaoh.
According to the BBC, the ruins include a series of internal corridors made of granite and stone slabs with 10 lines of ancient texts engraved on them.
The Egyptian Monuments Ministry said that the objects discovered are in good condition. They are continuing excavations to learn more about the pyramid, thereby estimating the scale of this work.

According to the initial assessment, experts believe that this is one of the first attempts of ancient Egypt to build a pyramid with a flat edge.
Egypt is one of the earliest developed civilizations in the world. To date, more than 120 ancient pyramids have been found in Egypt. The most famous of these is the pyramid sequence at Giza built about 4,500 years ago. The tallest building in this range is the Khufu pyramid, 146m high.
