Europe and the United States started to build spacecraft

Europe and the United States may be about to work together to build a new generation spacecraft. This is the plan being considered by Europe to develop the next generation of ATV space transports.

ATV is currently Europe's largest spacecraft. This is an unmanned vessel, but when it fits into the International Space Station , astronauts can move freely inside it. This complex robot is used to transport up to 7.5 tons of supplies. to the space station, but only 3 such ships are being produced.

Europe is looking to develop another type of ship from this ship, so it is considering the possibility of joint venture with US partners to implement.

General Director of the European Aeronautics Agency (ESA), Jean-Jacques Dordain, said the new idea must be based on the current spacecraft, such as articulation and auto-coupling technology. Mr. Dordain wants the general idea of the new ship to be launched this fall so that he can submit it to ESA member states for consideration.

'We will cooperate with the US space agency to submit a proposal for a new spacecraft that will start from ATV, in November. Specifically, a part of the ship will be built in Europe and partly in the US to form a complete ship , 'Dordain said.
