Europe's highest volcano erupted violently
Europe's highest and most active volcano peak, Etna, woke up for the fifth time this year, erupting lava and dust into the sky.

Etna volcano was erupted for the 5th time

The recorded images show that the crimson lava layers have spilled down the volcanic slopes just after 4 am local time. Sources say the volcano Etna continues to erupt hot ash until about 5:30.
The ash from the eruption fell to the local area of Sicily island in southern Italy, but no damage has been reported yet. Air traffic is also uninterrupted.
The most active volcanic Etna volcano in Europe. It is located on the southern coast of Sicily, close to 2 cities of Messina and Catania.
Etn is 3,329m high, although its high projection changes due to eruptions. This volcano is 21m higher than its measured height in 1981.
