Find out how to treat waste by microbiology

Environmental pollution caused by waste from agricultural, forestry and seafood processing factories is happening in many localities. Recently, an engineer in Quang Binh province has researched and launched a highly successful, highly efficient microbial waste treatment method with very cheap prices. Through reality in many factories, it can be confirmed that this is an effective solution.

Picture 1 of Find out how to treat waste by microbiology Engineer Nguyen Ty introduces products (Photo: ND) Engineer Ho Xuan Hieu, deputy director of engineering of Se Bon Tapioca Plant of Quang Tri Trading Company, said the wastewater here was treated. The " traditional " method is to use reservoirs for natural osmosis and evaporation. Consequently, the water and air of the surrounding area is seriously polluted, affecting the people's life.

Facing the risk of being closed, the factory decided to invest in a modern processing line being applied in China and Thailand. This line is operated according to the following process: Add chemicals to waste water source and then put it through reverse anaerobic device (UASB) to create two products, including CH4 gas and Type B waste water. loss of 5.3 billion, accounting for 25% of the total investment value of the plant (There is a larger factory that has to invest up to 21 billion dong for this line). And yet, the production process also has to spend more per ton of finished products about 10 thousand VND including labor, chemicals, electricity .

Being struggling to find capital to buy waste treatment line, engineer Nguyen Ty introduced new method. Looking at Mr. Ty, each handful of white powder was sprayed on a 30 cm thick, hard-drenched sewage tank.

Sample of untreated wastewater from the factory by the Department of Standards - Measurement - Quality (TC-DL-CL) of Quang Tri shows that the BOD5, COD and TSS indicators are at very high levels. to 2560.80, 8250.00 and 1694.00. Yet only one week after treatment, all melted into water, the odor disappeared to 80%. Checking the BOD5, COD and TSS indicators in the final reservoir has decreased sharply, only 240.16, 781.20 and 280.50. A month later, although the results of testing of wastewater samples were not available, the water became clear and Japanese duckweed began to develop. Now, the Ses Pol Plant with a capacity of 90 tons of products per day has no odor.

We also came to Song Dinh Cassava Starch Processing Plant of Binh Loi Consulting and Construction Joint Stock Company in Quang Binh, where this treatment method has been applied for over a year. Unlike many places just passing through the factory, there is a strong odor, here the environment has been improved to the point that longtime experts in cassava processing come to visit and think that the production has stopped every year. already! Mr. Hoang Van Tuyen, Director of the Company showed us the test results of waste water samples made by the Department of TC-DL-CL in Quang Binh province. Before applying the treatment method of Mr. Nguyen Ty, BOD5, COD and TSS targets up to thousands of mg / l. But after one month, the indicators in the final reservoir are only 60, 90 and 42. Water samples in the gate area to Dinh River are only 12, 32 and 14 .

Not only with the cassava starch processing factory, in Quang Binh, there are two rubber latex processing factories of Viet Trung Rubber Company and Le Ninh Company that has been seriously polluted and in danger of being closed. but thanks to the simple processing method of Mr. Nguyen Ty, it was easily solved.

Mr. Le Thanh Toan, Director of Le Ninh Rubber Processing Factory, recalled: "In the past, I was only a few kilometers away from the factory and had to close my nose and face. The factory was located next to the residential area of the town. Le Ninh town should be very badly affected, sometimes it takes time to consider closing and moving away, but for three years, only six litters per day of waste water are enough to safely produce two tons of dry latex, air is no longer polluted as before ". We go into this factory with a capacity of 1,000 tons of product per year during operation and as well as in cassava starch factories, the odor is insignificant in place, and the surrounding environment is improved to the ideal. .

It is very strange, initially, that all directors of factories have the same idea that they do not believe Mr. Nguyen Ty can succeed. Because pollution is headache not only for business owners but also for scientific research in the world, while the process of this horizontal engineer is very simple and cheap. From unbelievable to unexpected because of the practical effect, they informed each other and the brand of probiotics of engineer Nguyen Ty increasingly came to the processing of agricultural products. Many pollution factories were " whistle-blown ", closed, after using his treatment methods were back to normal production.

To date, dozens of contaminated factories in Nghe An, Quang Binh, Quang Tri and Thua Thien - Hue, Quang Ngai, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, Tay Ninh and Kon Tum have been safely treated. The " Brand " Nguyen Ty also went to the land of Thailand and China .

Mr. Quan Kien Quan, General Director of Maple Leaf Cassava Starch Plant with a capacity of 1,000 tons of starch / day in Vu Minh district, Quang Tay province (China) told us that he was very surprised by the efficiency. of Mr. Nguyen Ty's waste treatment method. With a district with more than half a million hectares of cassava of Guangxi (China) and 38 cassava starch processing factories, this will be the optimal solution for the problem of environmental pollution.

According to Mr. Nguyen Ty, this method can be applied to all agricultural, forestry and seafood processing establishments. As for seafood processing establishments, the process is much simpler .

So what is the " technology " of waste treatment by probiotics of Mr. Nguyen Ty?

After many years of searching, Mr. Nguyen Ty, who was honored by the press as the first Vietnamese to succeed with the yeast processing products, created BIOLOGICAL yeast. This is a biological product including beneficial microorganisms such as Protaza, Lipasa, Cellulose, Amylase . to help resolve organic substances containing nitrogen, sugar, cellulose, eliminate all odors of waste water. BIOLOGICAL enamel is not biologically toxic, does not corrode construction works.

At the factories of processing cassava and rubber starch, which have just been successfully processed by this method, are two steps. Step one, because the plants have been producing for a long time, the amount of waste accumulated is quite large, so large amounts of BIOLOGICAL enzymes must be used evenly over the reservoir area. Microbiological waste process will take place within 30 days. When the residual waste has been treated, proceed to step two. With this stage is much simpler, just put down the first waste water to operate an amount of yeast at the rate of one kilogram of yeast per 20 tons of starch products.

Mr. Ho Xuan Hieu, Deputy Director of Se Pon Plant (Quang Tri) accounted for: Only VND 2,500 is enough to handle per ton of starch products . And Se Pon Factory does not have to invest 5.3 billion VND to install waste treatment line imported from abroad anymore and the cost of treating with probiotics is only one quarter of the amount per ton of product if like operating that modern chain. Mr. Le Thanh Toan, Director of Le Ninh Rubber Processing Factory (Quang Binh) also affirmed that only 15,000 VND is needed to produce a ton of dry latex, a negligible percentage in latex price. rubber export .

The effectiveness of BIOLOGICAL microbial waste treatment method of Mr. Nguyen Ty has been verified in practice in many agricultural, forestry and seafood processing plants and it can be confirmed that this is a very effective solution. , simple and cheap, suitable for the capital resources of many processing facilities. Wastewater treatment with probiotics has superior advantages over chemical or mechanical methods. Because not to sequelae harm to the environment, probiotics continuously develop towards preventing environmental pollution and cheap prices.

With these effective features, Mr. Nguyen Ty's method of treating environmental pollution by probiotics needs to be accurately evaluated by the authorities of Quang Binh province and the Ministry of Natural Resources - Environment. The active period facilitates this widespread method. Because in the development trend, more and more factories, processing facilities of agricultural, forestry and marine products have been established and the negative side of environmental damage has been "hot" in many localities. Early widespread dissemination of this method, is to provide a positive solution for environmental protection.
