In the past, some scientists thought that fish only reacted painfully but this species did not really feel pain as consciously as humans.
In the new study conducted by Live Science, the team of specialists injected morphine for a group of fish and a placebo injection for the remaining group of fish. Later, these fish were transmitted with a burning sensation but did not cause any physical harm. Both groups of fish have the same reaction that wriggles the body.
However, the fish group that used morphine after normal operation was like never happened, while the rest of the fish group was very wary. Scientists conclude that fish also hurt like people.
