The US Geological Survey (USGS) has released a video showing recent activity at Kilauea volcano, one of the world's most active volcanoes.

The video shows a scene of orange-colored molten rocks pouring into a lava lake, where temperatures can reach 700 degrees Celsius, inside Halema`uma`u spray of Kilauea volcano.

Scientists are closely monitoring the level of lava growing at the mouth of Halema'uma'u . There are concerns that lava in the lake, formed in 2009, may overflow the crater of the crater.

Kilauea volcano , one of the five volcanoes that form Hawaii's Big Island, is one of the planet's most active volcanoes. Kilauea has been erupting continuously since 1983, becoming the longest eruption in 200 years.
