IAEA will cooperate to help Vietnam with nuclear power

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Permanent Representative of Vietnam beside the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Nguyen Thiep on October 29 presented the delegation letter to Mr. Yukiya Amano, IAEA General Director.

The Ambassador affirmed Vietnam's support for the important role of the IAEA in coordinating efforts to promote peaceful use of nuclear energy, to enhance nuclear safety and security and to combat disseminate and proceed completely and thoroughly to eliminate nuclear weapons as well as the multifaceted support of the IAEA to these member countries in developing nuclear energy.
