The new dinosaur has the scientific name Sauroniops pachytholus . Andrea Cau said: 'Their fossils are found in southeastern Morocco, the only remaining part is the upper part of the skull including the eye socket. Its skull is 12m long, its skull is wide and thin. In addition, the forehead also protrudes a tumor. This is an outstanding feature different from dinosaur carcharodontosaurs ".
According to scientists, the tumor is used in battle between male dinosaurs together. The ferocious level of this dinosaur was judged to be on par with the Carcharodontosaurs saharicus dinosaurs.
Sauroniops dinosaurs live along large deltas, where the climate is hot, warm all year round and have abundant food sources such as fish or crocodiles.
