On average, each year, the cities and provinces receive 60-70 million dongs from the local scientific career budget to directly implement scientific research projects, surveys, surveys, training and associations. drafting, building models and projects.

According to statistics, about 50% of annual scientific and technological funding is invested in science and technology tasks in the field of agriculture and rural areas.
