1. Track bleeding

Place the patient on his or her side or back, not with his head and face turned. Do not spit, do not swallow saliva, extract (salivate) the saliva out into the absorbent paper placed under the corner of the mouth. Observe saliva:

- In or with a few rays of dark red blood: No bleeding.

- Full red blood or saliva with bright red blood: bleeding; You must immediately report to the on-duty doctor, the on-duty nurse and the surgeon if the patient is in the hospital.

Newspaper for the surgeon if the patient is outside the hospital.

Period of bleeding monitoring within 12 days. Especially on the 1st and 7th day after cutting the tonsils (the time of starting to peel off the tonsils covered with tonsils).

2. Diet for patients

For 10 days after cutting tonsils: Soft, liquid, cold, cold food should be used. Do not use sour, spicy, hard, hot foods and drinks that are brown and red like: Peppermint, Coca .

Children (under 15 years old):

- Day 1: 3 hours after tonsillectomy, no bleeding, province, good contact: drink cold milk

- Day 2-7: Eat minced meat porridge, noodles, pieces, noodles, noodles, soup cakes .

Drink milk, fresh juice, smoothies, ice cream, cold spring water .

- Day 8–12: Eat thick, warm rice with minced meat, cooked cooked vegetables… .

Drink milk, fresh juice, smoothies, ice cream, cold spring water .

After 12 days: Eat normally

3. Living mode

- Day 2- 10: Travel, talk and work lightly at home or office. Do not go far, rough roads by rudimentary means and do not fly.

+ No shouting, running and other strenuous activities in the hot sun.

+ Wash with warm water. Gargle, brush teeth after every meal with toothpaste and cool water. Do not try to spit when getting stuck in the throat to avoid pseudomembranous flakes (a white film like cotton is covered with tonsils, it helps to protect and help stop bleeding pits, peeling from 7 to 10, not latex).

+ Take prescription drugs. Re-examination on time. After 14 days: the pits are healing.
