Internet agents reluctantly follow new rules

In Quang Nam province, up to 80% of the 112 inspected agents do not comply with the regulations on monitoring software installation. The same situation applies to Internet agents in Khanh Hoa and Nghe An provinces.

VnExpress's survey in Hanoi also showed that many agents do not install monitoring software. Dealers said they had a harsh reaction from customers when asking for names, addresses and other personal information. The regulation of customers under 14 years of age must have a sponsor or an adult to accompany, resulting in a significant decrease in revenue.

Some other agents reflect that they are really having trouble finding and installing agency management software and have absolutely no help from the service provider. Therefore, some agents have installed the management software for free or without copyright .

Most businesses perceive that managing the Internet by installing monitoring software system is not feasible. " With regulations that are too rigid and inconsistent with the current practice, agents do not violate . new ," said a business leader.
