A culture can use the Nazca line as part of the pilgrimage . Meanwhile, the other civilization can use the Nazca line in religious ceremonies . The results of this new study are conducted by Yamagata University in Japan.

Experts from Yamagata University studied 100 geoglyphs - large designs (usually longer than 4 meters) painted on the ground in the Nazca line. Some of them are dozens, hundreds of m2 wide. Since then, experts have speculated that the two cultures created and used the Nazca line.

Most of the Nazca lines headed for a pre-Inca temple called Cahuachi. This is a religious center that pilgrims often visit.

Meanwhile, a group of Nazca lines including animal figures are found near Ingenio Valley and towards the presumed Cahuachi temple may be an ancient pilgrimage route . Another group of lines is found mainly in the Nazca valley and also towards the temple of Cahuachi from another direction.

Thereby, the first Nazca group reasoning researchers were created from the early stage until 200 AD. They used the Nazca line as part of a pilgrimage to the temple of Cahuachi.

The second civilization used the Nazca line during the Nazca period until 450 for purposes other than that of civilization. Accordingly, they seem to smash the pottery at the intersection of the Nazca lines. This may be part of ancient religious rituals. Experts made this speculation from broken pottery fragments found during this period.
