New generation underground radio communications called ROF led by leading scientists led by Professor Fernando Xavier of Ryerson University (Canada) researched the invention.

ROF technology can transmit and process radio signals through optical fiber systems located under tunnels or underground mines.

In addition, ROF technology can avoid electromagnetic interference from mining equipment.

ROF technology has been widely used and promoted in important roles in tunnel projects in Canada and the Sydney 2000 Olympics.

In the field of mineral mining, ROF technology can assist mining managers to track mining operations, thereby quickly identifying miners in the event of an incident.
