Japan can restart the Ohi nuclear reactor

According to AFP and Voice of Russia, for the first time since the incident at the Fukushima 1 nuclear power plant in March 2011, reactors of nuclear power plants in Japan's Ohi city Can be operated again in the future.

Since the Fukushima incident so far, no reactor has been restarted.
