Microsoft giant is ready to launch a trial version of Office Live service? It seems, after the information on the integrated Office Live email service leaked to the network.
Under the name of Office Live Mail, this email service allows users to read and receive email from any Internet-connected computer, as long as accessing the service from a standard Web browser or through Outlook 2000 and Outlook 2003 Microsoft.
The information is revealed on LiveSide.net (http://www.liveside.net), a blog that tracks Microsoft's static behavior in the plan to provide Web services like Office Live. All bloggers in LiveSide.net or who are chosen by Microsoft to try the beta version, or are the "most valuable" experts (Most Valuable Professionals - MVP). MVP is an award that Microsoft still offers to those who make a positive contribution to the community through its various product groups.
The announcement two weeks ago by Microsoft said the Office Live service will provide a completely free website for trial business customers, including domain names, hosting, business applications and online email. With the improvement from Office Live Mail, LiveSide.net predicts that the beta version of Office Live will be available to trial users in just a few weeks. If you wish, you can register for a trial at: http://www.microsoft.com/office/officelive/default.mspx.
In addition to convenient email access, Office Live Mail also offers users many free email accounts (250MB capacity) or pay (2GB). Users can also manage their POP accounts (Post office Protocol) through this service. And yet, Office Live Mail also lets you save email messages into a local computer to free up memory space and to be able to read messages even when offline.
