This device is fitted with an antenna, eliminating the need to connect synchronously to a smartphone.
The ability to access cloud computing accounts also helps the smartphone work independently without connecting to the smartphone.
The report comes as more reports show Apple is trying to recruit engineers to support the iWatch manufacturing project.
Other sources say Samsung, Sony and Dell are working on similar projects.
However, smart watches will be difficult to market until next year.
