Microsoft tested online advertising
Redmond ' giant ' has begun experimenting with displaying advertisements via Microsoft Office Live, Windows Live Mail and MSN Spaces.
Advertising news is mostly from big companies and corporations such as Coca Cola Brazil, JCPenney and Monster Worldwide.
' Advertising service is a very important way of doing business for Microsoft globally because the number of ads is growing globally, ' said Joanne Bradford, vice president of global sales and marketing management at Microsoft. .
Windows Live displays current advertisements tested in MSN Spaces in Australia and Italy, while Windows Live Mail displays advertisements that are tested in many major markets like Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, German, Italian, Spanish, English and American.
The experiment will continue on the Live parts and sites and services of Microsoft throughout 2006 along with research to improve these advertising programs. The Redmond company also said that although it is focusing on Live projects, it will continue to invest and develop for MSN.com.
Along with other convenient free services on websites from 'giants', they are also annoying, professional advertising message boards. Microsoft is still slower than Google with the successful Google Adsense program currently being applied very popular in the world and even in Vietnam.
