(Photo: Ne-life) Dr. Tran Tuan, Director of the Center for Research and Training for Community Development, said mind disturbance is a deviation of mental health. At a mild level, the expression may be irrational or unreasonable, indifferent to everyday work, frequent headaches, although there is no obvious cause, stress, fatigue, loss of appetite, hard to sleep, cry more than usual, endlessly uneasy .

According to the World Health Organization, mental confusion ranks fifth among the top 10 causes of human illness. Children and pregnant women are the most vulnerable.

According to a survey of the Center for Community Development Research and Training, for every 5 mothers who are raising small children, one has a mental disorder. Another study in Ho Chi Minh City on more than 500 mothers who were giving birth to babies under 2 months of age showed that one-third of them had clinical signs of depression; and every 1 in 5 people thought of suicide.

In Vietnam, mental disturbances are often detected late because the system for detecting mental illnesses is still thin. On the other hand, its symptoms may also be encountered in many other physical diseases, so early times are easily misdiagnosed. If not detected early, prolonged disturbances will lead to depression, a disease that can lead to suicide due to a loss of life aspirations.
