New hope for inferior couples

The Center for Reproductive Health and Obstetrics and Gynecology has just announced the success of embryo transfer at the fifth day (also known as the blastocyst stage).

This is the first unit of Vietnam to apply this advanced application for in vitro fertilization. The above technique helps a mother's fertility increase by 40-50%. This technique also ensures reduction in multiple pregnancies, avoiding the possibility of fetal toxicity, premature birth, underdeveloped fetus .

According to director of Nguyen Viet Tien Central Obstetrics Hospital, the advantage of this new technique is to allow embryos to be developed into blastocyst stage. At this stage, the embryo is strong and good, so when the child is transferred into the body, the conception rate will be higher. According to Mr. Tien, this is a new technique, after success and good results will be transferred to a number of medical facilities eligible to implement this technique.
