Orange juice can fight cancer

Scientists have recently published the results of research on the anti-cancer effects of orange juice. It may reduce the risk of leukemia in children, against adult breast and colon cancer.

Orange juice has many positive effects on cancer. It contains flavonoid substances like hesperitin and naringinin. Laboratory studies have shown that orange juice reduces leukemia in children, as well as fighting breast, liver and colon cancer.

The biological effects of orange juice in laboratory studies are mainly influenced by the composition, while the composition depends on conditions such as climate, soil, harvesting methods, fruit storage .

However, if used too much, orange juice will show toxicity, especially for children. It can increase blood pressure, cause kidney damage and diabetes, increase blood potassium levels and may cause food allergies and flare bacteria if the orange juice has not been sterilized.

'Using too much of a food, even if it is a safe food, can cause oxidative imbalance,' the researchers warn.

Now researchers are continuing to study more deeply the biological link between orange juice and anti-cancer ability. They are looking into the details of the plant variety and the appropriate amount of orange juice for users.

Many other studies have demonstrated the anti-cancer effect of orange juice, which contains antioxidants such as antimutagenic, antingenotoxic, cytoprotective and hormonal. Orange juice also has antibacterial, antiviral and regulating absorption of xenobiotics - unnatural substances for the body.
