Philippines is about to welcome a new storm

A low pressure area called Zoraida is heading towards Philippine territory, while the country is still struggling with the difficult situation caused by super typhoon Haiyan.

Philstar leads the PAGASA weather agency to report, at 11am 11/11 (local time), Zoraida is located 830km southeast of Hinatuan city, Surigao del Sur. It stays the same for many hours and winds reach 55km / h near the low pressure center.

The 25th tropical storm approaching the Philippines this year is expected to move west-west to 30km / h.

The Visayas and Mindanao regions, which have just suffered from the catastrophic devastation of Typhoon Haiyan, are being placed in the first hurricane warning.

PAGASA predicts tropical depressions Zoraida brings rainfall from 5-15mm per hour, and can cause new floods for these areas.
