Radiation test for seafood imported from Japan

Yesterday, representatives of the Department of Radiation and Nuclear Safety and the Department of Animal Health measured the possibility of radioactive contamination on 19 seafood samples imported from Japan by four businesses.

The Ministry of Science and Technology said that the measurement has been completed, but in order to have a final conclusion about the shipments, they need to compare with the Ministry of Health standards and the Vietnamese control sample.
