Red swirl in the sky of Western Australia

Australia's meteorological forecasting agency said the western region of the country is undergoing a tornado with a wind speed of up to 140km / hour.

The images taken by satellites show that the red tornado is going at a fast pace.

The tornado called Narelle is about 525km away from Exmouth and about 505km northwest of Karratha.

Australia's fire and emergency response agency said: "Although there is no direct threat, people need to constantly update information on this tornado."

Worker Brett Martin, who had taken pictures of the tornado when he approached the town of Onslow, said everything was peaceful before the tornado hit the night of January 11.

The forecast of the Australian meteorological forecasting agency said that roadside visibility is limited, while wind and rain have caused storms in many places.
