>>> Waiter waiter in China
That scene is commonly seen in a robotic restaurant in Harbin, Heilongjiang province, China. This restaurant has 20 robots, they can steam dumplings, cook noodles and serve to serve.
After bringing the guests to the table, to order items from the menu and ordered, the robot went into the kitchen to cook. When the food is ready, the robot acts as a waiter, bringing food from the kitchen to the dining table. At the customer's desk, the robot uses a mechanical arm to pick up the food plate and place it down on the table. The rest of it is back out for a bit to sing or use some other entertainment for the diners.
The robot shop opened in June last year, thanks to the fun robot that reputation has crossed the border of China. Restaurant owner Liu Hasheng told the Daily Mail that he had invested £ 500,000 in a restaurant worth 20,000 to 30,000 pounds. After 2 hours of charging, the robot can work continuously for 5 hours. Hasheng said the staff in the computer room could manage the whole robot servants team. After a busy day serving diners, it is the robot's turn to eat, ie the power outlet. The robotic arm in the restaurant stands between 1.31 - 1.62m, which can display 10 different facial expressions. The restaurant menu consists of 30 items and average cost per dish is £ 4.5.
Also in 2010, a robot restaurant opened in Jinan, a robot shaped like the characters in Star Wars, moved to serve diners on the conveyor belt. There are more than 10 robots working in restaurants as entertainers, receptionists, waiters and receptionists.
In the United States, Momentum, the San Francisco-based engineering firm, announced last year its plans to create a chain of fast-food restaurants where cooking was done entirely by robots. Each robot produces 350 burgers per hour.
