Russia's UOMZ factory will unveil a new optoelectronic system for fighters at the Nizhny Tagil exhibition.

Accordingly, UOMZ will introduce 13CM-1 quantum optical positioning system (for Mig-29) and OLS (for Su-27 and Su-35 variants).

The new OLS photoelectric positioning system will be equipped for Su-35 and Su-27.

According to UOMZ, the new quantum optical positioning system is designed with modern technology, with many new functions.

The system will receive images from two different spectral bands, providing the ability to detect targets further. New technical design allows to define aerial and ground targets at the same time.

The multi-channel targeting system allows to automatically capture and accurately track targets with automatic or manual control.

The new optoelectronic system allows to improve the combat capability of aircraft to a new level.

In particular, the system enhances the ability to direct and guide ground attack weapons such as bombs, laser guided missiles or TV channels.

This is seen as a tremendous advance in the development of monitoring and testing systems for optoelectronic targets, which Russia has long shown to be inferior to the West.

For the opto-electronic systems for helicopters, UOMZ has long developed gyroscope navigation systems and optoelectronic positioning systems for various applications. The quality of these systems is rated at the best of today.

At the Nizhny Tagil exhibition scheduled to be held from September 8-11, 2011 in Russia, UOMZ will introduce GOES-337M photoelectric target monitoring system .

This system is designed and installed on the Mi-17 multi-purpose helicopter, including 2 monochrome and color photo cameras. A thermal imaging camera, a laser remote.

GOES-337M allows monitoring of targets in any weather, continuous search, detection, identification of targets, management of controlled weapon interfaces and no control .

In addition, this system also ensures to provide helicopters with the ability to land at unprepared locations.

New photoelectronic positioning and monitoring systems provide high quality, stable images in any condition, can be used on the sea, in the air, ground monitoring with a larger range than old system.

In addition, the system can be used in situations of emergency search and rescue, power line monitoring, oil pipelines, traffic control .

A photovoltaic surveillance system applied in civil is the SMS 820 system that was also introduced at this exhibition. This new system has the advantage of being light weight not exceeding 5kg.

The SMS 820 system can be equipped on drone vehicles and other civil aircraft. The main component of SMS-280 consists of 2 data channels, laser search engine, optical system or thermal imaging camera, customers can optionally add and remove according to their needs.

In addition, another consumer electronic monitoring system, CPA-M , was also unveiled at the exhibition. The system is designed according to module technology, easy and quick to convert the utility.
