Admire the giant narwhal

The group of divers explore this creature in the waters off Ticao Island, Philippines. Marine biologist Rebecca Helm said pyrosome is " soft and fragile ". It is like " ocean unicorn " because people are very hard to see it.

According to the Telegraph, the pyrosome in the video is 1.2 m long with a diameter of about 10-12 cm. This creature can reach a length of more than 18 meters and a diameter large enough to "swallow" an adult.

Pyrosome is shaped like a giant worm but it is a collection of thousands of organisms called zooid . The zooid mounts with tissue and moves together, forming the cylindrical hollow body of the pyrosome.

A pyrosome head is an open tube that helps them absorb seawater into the body, taking food as plankton and pushing the filtered water out. The other end has a pointed shape. Pyrosome also has the ability to emit blue light in the dark.
