Share Desktop screen via Yahoo! Messenger
Sharing desktop screens makes online support simpler and more interactive when there is help from users. Take advantage of Yahoo! Messenger, you can send the Desktop screen to instruct your computer to practice the operation via the Web browser.
To use, you need to install Yahoo! Messenger version 8.0 and above. Computers need to install Java Runtime and IE and Mozilla Firefox Web browsers.
First, go to http://us.gallery.yahoo.com/apps/4445/locale/en, click Install Now to install Lyte Un ins Plug for the version of Yahoo! Messenger. When installing successfully, select Yes to agree to use Unyte Plug ins Lyte.
Using Unyte Lyte, in the conversation box, you select Plug ins > My Plug ins > Unyte Lyte . Meanwhile, the Desktop screen is ready for you to share with the talker. All instructions on your screen will be viewed through the Web address provided by Unyte Lyte.
