Skype upgraded version for Mac
Skype has released a preview of the same IP-based voice over IP (VoIP) version for Mac OS X with significant improvements in its interface and operational functionality.
Source: Skype The Skype version for Mac OS X 1.5 has been redesigned, whereby it is better integrated with the Mac address book, as well as the Microsoft Entourage application - Office software's email client (Mac version).
Other improvements include better dialing capabilities through the list of countries' names, avoiding having to remember country codes; The chat window can be resized; and the ability to support additional languages such as French, German, Dutch, Chinese.
Skype 1.5 can run on PowerPC computers or Macs with Intel chips with Mac OS X version 10.3.9 or later. Skype 1.5 beta for Mac is available for download from the Skype website.
